Update Post BDAY 8/2

I turned 27 years old yesterday! I climbed Serenity and Sons in the Valley during the full moon till sunrise, I slept in and then went to work. Chill day and then partied after work at housekeeping beach. I found myself in bed early.

I feel the energy in 27. I have many turns around the sun now and stoked to be using what I know and willing to learn more.

I have big ideas. A lot. Too big sometimes. Finding the balance between interaction and commitment to those big ideas takes a lot of energy. I want to save the world, I want to be the very best person in the world, I want to have kids, I want to be single and explore the world, I want to heal all my trauma. I want to heal all my friends trauma. I want to climb the nose in 8 hours. Etc etc etc etc.

I’m right here reminding myself that being present is enough. Listening and showing up with love is enough. I am enough with or without my big ideas. I’m enough regardless of absolutely everything.

I am okay with where I am. I know I don’t need to defend or prove anything. All I want to do is be.
